UHA Cuts Ribbon On New School Building

University Heights Academy in Hopkinsville hosted a ribbon cutting Friday afternoon to open their new 14,000 square foot building. New Head of Schools Beth Unfried says it’s an exciting time for the school.

The new building will be used mainly for upper school students.

Head of the Upper School Marvin Denison says that the new building will help to separate the students better than before.

Denison was asked by the News Edge what he’s most excited about when students return to class.

He adds that even with the new building, there are some other changes that parents will be excited about.

All UHA students return back to class on Wednesday, August 15.
