During court proceedings Monday, Christian Circuit Judge John Atkins ruled that Octavius Ludwig was justified when he shot and killed 22-year old Roshanda Hayden at the Oak Grove Days Inn back on April 20th. Ludwig did enter a guilty plea to a charge
