Four Teenagers Injured In Princeton Crash

A single vehicle accident Thursday night left four Princeton teenagers injured. According to the report from Princeton Police officers responded to the scene at U.S. 62 and Old Connector Road around 9:30pm. Police say 17-year old Skyler Brown was southbound on Old Connecter Road, when he failed to negotiate a curve, left the right side of the roadway, crossed a grassy area.

The vehicle then became airborne and crossed U.S. 62, entered a field, and overturned, coming to a final rest on its side off the roadway. Brown and a passenger, 17-year old Jase Felker, were transported to Caldwell Medical Center. Another passenger, 17-year old Laurie Cortner was transported to Caldwell Medical Center, and then air lifted to Deaconess Hospital, in Evansville. A third passenger, 17-year old Karly Prowell was air lifted to Deaconess from the scene. All occupants were wearing seatbelts.

The crash remains under investigation.
