A woman was injured when her vehicle was hit on East 9th Street Friday afternoon.
According to a Hopkinsville Police report, 59-year-old Carolyn Sitz of Hopkinsville was traveling east on East 9th Street when she stopped for a bus crossing the railroad she was hit by a vehicle behind her.
The vehicle that hit her then fled. Sitz was taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for back pain.
