Governor Campaign Heats Up At Fancy Farm 2019

Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin and Attorney General Andy Beshear came out swinging during the 139th annual St. Jerome Picnic at Fancy Farm.

Governor Bevin began his remarks by holding up a sign for a recent political fundraiser he said ties Andy Beshear to the pro-abortion crowd.

Bevin asked the crowd to be careful of which side they choose.

Attorney General Beshear said there are four priorities in his campaign.

Beshear made a call for uniting Kentucky.

United States Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said the Democrat Party targeted him because of the work he is doing in Washington D.C.

Based on what he is hearing  from constituents, First District Congressman James Comer said the Democrats continue to be out of touch with the people of Kentucky.

The considerable, vocal Fancy Farm crowd also heard from candidates for Lieutenant Governor, Agriculture Commissioner, Secretary of State, Treasurer, Attorney General, and the First District Supreme Court hopefuls.
