Police have released the name of a woman that was stabbed with a knife on Lindsay Drive in Hopkinsville Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were first told about the altercation when 29-year-old Shanevia Williams showed up at Jennie Stuart Medical Center with injuries from a stabbing.
It was later found that the altercation happened on Lindsay Drive. Williams was transported by ambulance to a Nashville hospital and the full extent of her injuries remains unknown.
No arrest has been made but the report lists the connection to the suspect as an ex-relationship.
