HCC Announces Winners Of Annual Kudos Awards

Hopkinsville Community College (HCC) announced its 9th annual Kudos Award winners, which recognizes students, organizations, faculty, and staff members that promote the overall mission of the college of being an inclusive, student-centered educational institution.

Kudos Awards Winners include:

  • Outstanding Student Organization of the Year – Phi Theta Kappa
  • Recognition of SGA President – student, Daniel Fowler, of Hopkinsville
  • Exemplary Faculty Member – Holly Dossett, of Cadiz
  • Exemplary Staff Member – Lillian Hawkins-Grimes, of Hopkinsville
  • Emerging Leader – student Danielle Myers, of Hopkinsville
  • Silent Inspiration – student Sara Turner, of Hopkinsville
  • Outstanding Student Organization Member of the Year – student Mollie Grace Whitaker, of Hopkinsville
  • Outstanding Student Employee – student Shaquel Moore, of Hopkinsville
  • Outstanding Program of the Year – Nursing Program
  • Distinguished Student Leader – student Sara Turner, of Hopkinsville

HCC Coordinator of Student Activities and Retention Elana Stubbs, who coordinated the award process, says “I am so proud to work alongside each one of these amazing leaders and excited to be able to present these awards.”

HCC students, faculty, and staff make all Kudos Award nominations.
