A Hopkinsville attorney is among appointments to Kentucky boards and commissions announced Friday by Governor Andy Beshear.
Governor Beshear has appointed John Soyars as a member of the Prosecutors Advisory Council. Soyars serves as Christian County Attorney and will replace Robert Neace. He will serve at the pleasure of the Governor.
