Four wonderful non-profit organizations in Caldwell County were delighted recipients of the annual Angeline Henry Trust Grant through First Southern National Bank Thursday.

Bank Lender Brad Harralson says each year they select several applicants to receive funds based on their needs and the work they do for the community.

Roberta Robertson, Administrating Director at Bright Life Farms, states the trust fund has been there every step of the way, helping the assisted living facility grow.

She expresses her immense gratitude for everything they’ve been able to do thus far.

Youth Inc. President Dewight Meeks adds the fund helps Youth Inc. each year continue to be a source of recreation and character building for children in the community.

Stephanie Randall with the Caldwell County H.O.P.E. and C.O.P.E. Centers notes they rely on the grant to provide school supplies for students who can’t afford them themselves.

Christian Counselor at Where New Beginnings Start, Stephanie Boaz, explains the funds she received will go to the New Beginnings Domestic Violence Initiative for Women and Children.

The trust fund was set up by Princeton native Angeline Henry and put under the care of First Southern National Bank to be distributed annually to charitable education and recreational organizations who continuously work to make the community a better place for all.
