Hopkinsville Residents Charged With Drug Trafficking

A report of a disturbance involving a gun led to drug and assault charges for a Hopkinsville man and woman Sunday night.

Hopkinsville Police say they were called to Brown Street after a neighbor reported 21-year-old Dylan Stewart pointing a gun at someone and selling drugs. As police reportedly talked with the neighbor Stewart came outside with the gun and ran back in the home.

Stewart was arrested along with 28-year-old Jeanon Robinson after police say she assaulted a woman inside the home causing injuries.

After a search of the home police reportedly located marijuana and meth that the suspects had attempted to flush down the toilet.

Stewart and Robinson are charged with trafficking meth and marijuana. Stewart was also charged with first-degree wanton endangerment. Robinson was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct.
