A local real estate agent is encouraging those looking to sell their homes to list them as the market sees an increase in business following a decline during COVID-19 pandemic.
Atlas Real Estate, Auction, and Appraisal Services Realtor and Executive Agent David Stagner says this is the opportune time to list homes as there are not many listings available.
He adds they are beginning to see a move from bigger cities to more rural towns.
