Christian County Reporting Active COVID Cases Under 200 Monday

The Christian County Health Department announced an increase of 31 COVID-19 cases since Saturday, but the report also shows less than 200 active cases in the county as of Monday afternoon.

Spokeswoman Amanda Sweeney Brunt reports 180 active cases, compared to 291 on Friday. The report shows 107 active cases between the ages of 22 to 59; 43 cases 21 and younger; and 30 cases 60 and older.

To date, a total of 6,069 cases have been confirmed in Christian County. Of those, 5,810 have recovered and 79 deaths have been linked to the virus.
