Trigg County recently returned to green on the state’s COVID-19 incidence rate map.
State officials report that green means the county COVID-19 spread is minimal. Trigg County returned to the green stage on Saturday’s COVID-19 update.
Since Friday, Trigg County has added eight new COVID-19 cases, which include five females and three males ranging in age from 3 to 79. All are recovering at home, according to the Pennyrile District Health Department.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Trigg County Judge-executive Hollis Alexander said Trigg County had 18 active COVID-19 cases. The county has reported 1,281 total cases.
