A local judge-executive who has served in the seat for a decade has announced he will not seek reelection in November 2022.
Lyon County Judge-Executive Wade White made the announcement in a video on YouTube Wednesday.

White has served as judge-executive since 2011. He has worked to bring many projects to Lyon County with the latest involving getting fiber internet to underserved communities in the county. He has also been instrumental in securing state and federal funding for the removal of the invasive Asian carp from Kentucky and Barkley Lakes.
