Christian County Farm Bureau Thanks Legislators

The Christian County Farm Bureau board of directors heard updates from a variety of local, state, and federal legislators during the annual Legislative Appreciation Dinner.

The event held at the Farm Bureau Office on Burley Avenue was well-attended by local and state legislators and representatives of Senator Mitch McConnell and Representative James Comer. County President J. E. Pryor thanked the legislators for being responsive to Christian County Farm Bureau.

click to download audioAmong those speaking during the legislative appreciation dinner were Hopkinsville Mayor Wendell Lynch, Christian County Judge-Executive Steve Tribble, Magistrates Maggy Ferguson, Rich Liebe, Mark Wells, Terry Bowman, Mark Cansler, Phillip Peterson, and Jerry Gilliam. State Representatives Myron Dossett and Walker Thomas also spoke, along with Sheriff Tyler DeArmond, and County Attorney John Soyar.
