A Joelton, Tennessee, man was charged Friday afternoon with allegedly sending a juvenile sexually explicit messages.
Hopkinsville Police say on May 5th, 2019 38-year-old Daniel Manners sent sexually explicit and vulgar messages to a 16-year-old female on Instagram and requested nude pictures from her and sex while knowing she was underage.
He was arrested Friday and charged with the distribution of obscene matter and procure or promote use of a minor by electronic means.
