Basketball Game With Trigg SO Raises Money For Special Olympics (w/VIDEO)

The state champion Trigg County Special Olympics basketball team earned a win over the Trigg County Sheriff’s Department and raised money for the Special Olympics program.

Special Olympians defeated Trigg County Sheriff Aaron Acree and his deputies 52 to 46 during the game that took place at Trigg County Middle School. The game raised $900 for the Trigg County Special Olympics program.

Basketball team coach Charles Choate says the support of the community this year has been better than ever.
