The deadline to enter a float or unit in the Hopkinsville HES/EnergyNet Night Christmas Parade has been extended to Wednesday, December 3rd.
Entry forms can be picked up at the Parks and Recreation office on Thomas Street or online at hoptownrec.com.
The annual parade will be on Saturday, December 13 at 5:15. This year’s theme is “Christmas Vacation,” and the grand marshal is Derrick Watson, President and CEO of HWEA, who will be retiring at year’s end after 28 years of service.
Floats, vehicles, bands, golf carts, and more are welcome to enter the parade for a $20 entry fee and a toy donation.
