Bonnie Lynn Whitfill, 62, of Hopkinsville, Kentucky died at 9:00 a.m., Sunday, February 15, 2026 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 23, 2026 at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Ebeneezer Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at the funeral home. Hughart, beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Nashville, Tennessee she was born on March 24, 1964 the daughter of the late James Coy Smith and Wanda Mayfull Willen Smith. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Joseph Dalton Whitfill.
She was a member of Saints Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Hopkinsville and was an accountant for T-Rad North America.
Survivors include her son: Joseph of Hopkinsville, Kentucky; her sisters, Eva of Cookeville, Tennessee and Mary of Albany, Kentucky.
