With tornado alley shifting and the threat of storms looming, Hopkinsville City Council will consider funding for the Christian County Weather Spotters.
Though not on the Tuesday night City Council agenda, the nonprofit has applied for Hoptown WINS funding. Councilman Clayton Sumner says the potential storm on June 27th brought home why this group is important.
