Two Men Indicted On Sex-Related Offenses Against Children

The Christian County Grand Jury indicted two men Friday on sex-related offenses involving juveniles.

55-year old Robert Charles Bishop of Paducah was indicted for first-degree rape, incest by forcible compulsion under 18-years of age, first-degree sodomy and tampering with physical evidence. According to the indictment, Bishop is accused of sexual intercourse and deviate sexual intercourse with a female relative while she was under 18-years of age between January 2002 and January 2006. The indictment alleges Bishop tampered with physical evidence by concealing, removing, or altering physical evidence which was believed was about to be produced or used in an official proceeding.

The grand jury also indicted 20-year old Jaleel Manye Radford of Fayetteville, North Carolina for two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, victim under 12-years of age. The arrest warrant states that Radford was babysitting for the children of a friend in Christian County and subjected an 8-year old boy to sexual contact on two separate occasions in April 2018.
