A Christian County man was charged after he reportedly fled from deputies on an ATV on Ovil Road Wednesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say 57-year-old Michael Glass was seen by deputies driving an ATV in the roadway and swerving from side to side. When deputies attempted to stop him, Glass fled off the road at a high rate of speed. Deputies pursued him, but he stopped and tossed his hands up. As deputies approached him, they could reportedly smell alcohol on his breath. As he was being transported to jail he blurted out that he had only had two beers.
He refused all alcohol intoxication test. Glass is charged with DUI third offense, driving on a suspended license, and second-degree fleeing or evading police
