A Hopkinsville man was cited for indecent exposure for the second time this year after he reportedly exposed himself on Lafayette Road Monday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 22-year-old Joshua Hazen exposed himself to someone on Lafayette Road and was located after the witness was able to give a description of him. He was given a citation for second-degree indecent exposure.
On April 8th, Hazen was charged with indecent exposure after he exposed himself in the same area.
