A Hopkinsville man was arrested and charged with attempted assault after he reportedly swung two machetes at two people Thursday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 52-year-old Carloss Potter claimed everyone had wiring all over them and grabbed two machetes from his room and started swinging them at two people in the house threatening to cut them.
He was arrested and charged with attempted first-degree assault.
