Police have released the name of a man injured in a wreck on Fort Campbell Boulevard Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 65-year-old Charles McGee, of Hopkinsville, was northbound on Fort Campbell Boulevard when a medical problem caused him to hit a guardrail at the intersection of East 21st Street. McGee reportedly still had his foot on the gas and the tires were spinning when law enforcement arrived.
McGee was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center. The crash happened just before 1 pm.
