Hopkinsville Man Charged In Christian County Shootings

A Hopkinsville man has been charged with attempted murder after two shootings in Christian County Tuesday morning.

Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called to the 2900 block of  Dawson Springs Road for a report of shots fired and found a home that had been hit twice.
Shortly after deputies were reportedly called to the 10000 block of Hart Road for a car that had been hit in a second shooting.
Deputies say 44-year-old Brian Ellis was involved in the shootings  and he was located on Wallace Avenue in Hopkinsville and charged with tampering with physical evidence, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, two counts of attempted murder, and six  counts of first-degree wanton endangerment
No one was injured in either shooting.
