Christian County added eight new cases of COVID-19 Friday, with the active case total now at 96.
According to the Christian County Health Department, the eight new cases push the case total to 6,448. The majority of the active cases remain in the 22 to 59 age category with 60 COVID-19 cases. There are 26 cases in the birth to age 21 category, with 9 in the 60 to 84 age group, and one in the 85 and older range.
The Christian County death toll remains at 85.
