Christian County Schools To Offer COVID Vaccine Clinics

Christian County Public Schools Superintendent Chris Bentzel announced Tuesday afternoon that COVID vaccination clinics would be set up at both high schools later this month.

Bentzel said the Pfizer vaccines were approved Monday for students ages 12 to 15.

Wild Health, a partnership with the Kentucky Department for Public Health and the University of Kentucky, will host the clinic until they are no longer needed beginning May 24.

As of Tuesday, the district had one in-person faculty/staff active COVID case and four in-person student cases, with 28 students quarantined.
