An Elkton man was charged with DUI after a rollover crash on Old Railroad Lane in Todd County Thursday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Knight says he was called to a crash with a vehicle that had overturned and found the driver 24-year-old Matthew Lyons hiding under a tree.
Deputies could reportedly smell alcohol on Lyons and he refused a field sobriety test.
Knight says Lyons cussed at deputies and other emergency personnel then asked to be put in the same room as deputies at the jail so they could fight.
Lyons was arrested and charged with DUI, menacing, and second-degree disorderly conduct.
