Lake Barkley State Park Fireworks Show Set for Sunday
The Friends of Lake Barkley State Resort Park will once again be sponsoring the annual fireworks show at Lake Barkley State Resort Park on Sunday, July 3.

Funeral Services for 89-year-old Phyllis A. Groves of Hopkinsville will be 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 5, at Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.
Heat Advisory For Western Kentucky Starting July 4
The National Weather Service says a Heat Advisory is in effect for most of the week starting Monday, with temperatures to soar into the mid to upper 90s.
