A Crofton woman was charged with possession of drugs after a request to check her welfare on Calvin Drive Tuesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 43-year-old Kimberly O’Donnell was located in the driver’s seat of a vehicle and was going in and out of consciousness with a glass smoking device in her hand.
She was allegedly found to have several bags of meth inside her vehicle. O’Donnell was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of meth.
