A wreck on Butler Road near the intersection of Quail Club Road sent a teenager to the hospital Friday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a truck driven by Larry Leneave was northbound attempting to turn into a driveway when a van driven by Juan Alveres that was behind Leneave attempted to pass him colliding with his truck.
The crash caused Alveres’s van to run off the road and hit a tree.
Alveres was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries.
The crash happened just after 7 pm.
