A woman who was wanted in connection to a murder in Nashville was arrested in Oak Grove at the Quality Inn Friday morning.
Oak Grove Police say they went to the hotel looking for 37-year-old Nicole Tishma who had an active warrant and was wanted in connection to a murder.
When they talked with her she reportedly gave a false name and was in possession of a firearm.
According to WSMV Tishma was wanted in connection to a shooting and drug-related robbery at a factory on Old Franklin Drive in Nashville that led to the death of 34-year-old Steven Yates on Wednesday.
Tishma is being held at the Christian County Jail on charges of possession of a defaced firearm, theft of identity, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and a warrant charging her with being a fugitive from another state.
