A pursuit with the Logan County Sheriff’s Office ended in Christian County Saturday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they were called to help with a pursuit entering Christian County on US 68 that started in Logan County with a vehicle going over 100 mph.
The pursuit reportedly came to an end at the intersection of Otis Circle when the driver 21-year-old Alejandro Daniel of Hopkinsville lost control and wrecked his vehicle.
Daniel fled on foot but was quickly apprehended by law enforcement. Daniel is lodged in the Logan County Detention Center on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment of a police officer, first-degree fleeing or evading police, DUI, resisting arrest, reckless driving, and speeding.
