A Hopkinsville woman was charged with indecent exposure on South Virginia Street in Hopkinsville Friday night.
Hopkinsville Police say at 6:10 pm they noticed 36-year-old Megan Smith was lifting up her shirt when vehicles passed and when they tried to arrest her she resisted.
She is charged with resisting arrest and second-degree indecent exposure.
