
A Hopkinsville teenager was hit by a vehicle on Sanderson Drive in Hopkinsville Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say at 5:43 pm they were called for 17-year-old Tanausha Moore who was walking with someone when she was hit by a car driven by 55-year-old Gwendolyn Cooper of Hopkinsville near Holley Drive.
Police say Cooper left the crash after the investigation was over and ran off the road while trying to to turn into her driveway a short distance up the road but was not injured in either crash.
Moore was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.
