A Hopkinsville man was charged after a report of a burglary in progress on East 2nd Street in Hopkinsville Friday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say the homeowner was checking the house and found 62-year-old Larry Morrison inside.
He was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
