Cadiz Electric Vehicle Charging Stations Ready For Use

Two electric vehicle charging stations located at the Cadiz Farmers Market are up and running.

Cadiz City Administrative Officer Jack Lingenfelter told City Council during their recent meeting the EV charging stations have been in the testing mode and are now online.

click to download audioThe electric vehicle charging stations at the Cadiz Farmers Market were made possible by an $11,500 grant through the Western Area Chapter of the TVA Retirees Association and its non-profit organization, Bicentennial Volunteers Inc. The grant was presented to Cadiz Mayor Todd King and city officials in August of 2023.
