A Hopkinsville man was charged Monday afternoon with theft after an investigation into several items taken from a Hopkinsville store.
Hopkinsville Police say 41-year-old Scottie Morgan was stopped at Walmart on Clinic Drive in connection with several separate cases in which he had taken games, a gaming console, two yogurt parfaits, and drinks.
The items have a value of $1,104. He was cited to court for theft by unlawful taking and given a trespass warning for Walmart.
