A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary after being evicted from a home on South Clay Street on Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they went to the home for 57-year-old Curtis McGee, who was evicted and should have moved out on Sunday.
He was located and reportedly claimed he was waiting to be removed by law enforcement, but they had not shown up. He was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary.
