DeeAnna Sova, of Hopkinsville, has been named Project Manager for Western Kentucky within the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development’s Department for Business and Community Development.
Formerly employed with both Ascend Elements and the Hopkinsville-Christian County Public Library, she brings local roots and professional experience to her new role, where she will work with communities, companies, and entrepreneurs to support job creation, business retention and investment throughout the region.
She serves under Cabinet Secretary Jeff Noel and Commissioner Kristina Slattery.
The Cabinet for Economic Development is Kentucky’s lead agency for encouraging new industries, supporting existing businesses, and preparing communities for growth. With offices in Frankfort and abroad, the Cabinet also partners with organizations statewide to make it easier to invest and create jobs in the Commonwealth.
