The Trigg County Marching Band finished their marching season Saturday with an 11th place finish in state competition.
This is the first year that band has been under the direction of James Gregory, who became band director following the retirement of Andrew Mroch at the conclusion of the 2024-25 school year.
The performance Saturday was the final showing for senior band members Field Commander Avery Kesty, Abigaile DeWitt, Sydney Bryant, Cooper Brame, and Mabry Alexander. The band competed in semi-finals Saturday at Hart County High School.
The Trigg County band held a public performance Friday night at Perdue Field to allow the community to see their show “Killer Queens’ Gambit”.
