Upton Hired As Chamber Events And Marketing Director

The Christian County Chamber of Commerce has announced the appointment of Kaylee Upton as its new Director of Events and Marketing.

A Christian County native and graduate of Murray State University with a degree in Business Administration, Upton brings a strong background in event coordination, client relations, and marketing. She most recently served as Sales Administrative Assistant at the Bruce Convention Center, where she supported event planning and operations.

Chamber President and CEO Taylor Hayes said Upton’s “energy, professionalism, and experience in event planning and marketing will be tremendous assets” to the Chamber’s mission of promoting business growth and community development.

In her new role, Upton will oversee planning and execution of Chamber events, member programs, and marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening connections among local businesses.

“I am honored to join the Christian County Chamber of Commerce and excited to serve the community that helped shape who I am,” Upton said. “I look forward to creating impactful events and innovative marketing initiatives that celebrate and strengthen our local business community.”

A former top ten graduate of Christian County High School, Upton lives in Hopkinsville and began her new role on October 27.
