Seeking to support over 80 Trigg County families with food boxes just in time for Christmas, Feed My Friends is hosting a food drive this Saturday at Hancock’s Neighborhood Market.
Founder Tammy Mason, who started the nonprofit after her family’s struggles during the holiday season, told Your News Edge that the event is crucial for garnering the necessary support.

The group will be assisting 84 families, including 148 adults and 129 children. To provide a complete holiday meal, they will be supplying 62 hams and 22 turkeys, along with all the necessary sides and ingredients.
Distribution will take place on Sunday, December 21st.
