A Hopkinsville man was charged with assaulting a man on South Kentucky Avenue Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called for a man who was bleeding from the head and found that 42-year-old Bobbie Dupin struck the man in the head with a table leg during a fight.
The man with the head injury was taken by ambulance to the hospital due to his injuries, and Dupin was later located and taken into custody on the charge of first-degree assault.
