A Hopkinsville woman was charged with assaulting a Healthcare provider on Walton Way on Sunday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 28-year-old Justice Eyres assaulted a Healthcare provider at Cumberland Hall Hospital by kicking and slapping the nurse.
Eyres was arrested and charged with third-degree assault of a healthcare provider.
