HWEA Honors President And CEO Derrick Watson

Hopkinsville Water Environment Authority honored longtime President and CEO Derrick Watson Thursday night with a retirement ceremony at the Alhambra Theater.

Watson is retiring after 28 years of service, leaving behind a legacy of major infrastructure projects, award-winning operations, and deep community impact.

He says the journey has been deeply meaningful.
