A wreck on East 9th Street in Hopkinsville sent a teenager to the hospital on Christmas Eve.
Hopkinsville Police say that at 2:52 a.m., a car driven by 17-year-old Johnathan Niweraldo Rax Seb was westbound when it ran off the road, hitting the Humphries and Son Welding and Radiator Repair building, then a parked car, before coming to a stop on its top.
Hopkinsville EMS took Niweraldo Rax Seb to Jennie Stuart Health for injuries and later charged him with DUI second offense, first-degree criminal mischief, no operator’s license, and no insurance.
