A traffic stop on Hopkinsville Road in Trigg County led to drug charges for a Big Rock, Tennessee, man on Friday afternoon.
Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Joseph Rubeck for speeding and his insurance being unconfirmed in their database.
During the stop, he was reportedly nervous and was found to have a gun on him after being patted down.
Deputies say meth, along with drug paraphernalia, was found inside the vehicle. Rubeck was arrested and charged with speeding, possession of meth, and no insurance.
