A wreck on Pembroke Road in Hopkinsville sent a woman to the hospital on Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say at 9:13 am, a tractor-trailer was on Eagle Way at the intersection of Pembroke Road when it collided with a westbound truck on Pembroke Road.
The crash pushed the truck off the road and the tractor-trailer into the median hitting a sign.
The driver of the truck was taken by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment.
